FIT GYRL 41

 " FIT GYRL 41 " is a women-focused fitness group built on movement, mindset and motivation. The "41" is not what you think, ( that you have to be 41 years old or referring to this age group ) , it speaks of YEAR 41 ! It highlights 40 years of wilderness behavior, year 41 , WE ARE FREE !!

 

Its sole purpose is to help women become healthier and happier! Making health and wellness a priority and choosing to work hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

 

All my life, it’s been extremely hard to gain weight, so, I decided to begin to train and educate myself on the body and how it works!

I’ve been in the medical field over a decade and it’s afforded me the opportunity to gain lots of knowledge on the body, the function and wellness. 

 

In April of 2020 , I decided to further my education and obtain my certification in fitness training from the International Sports Sciences Association , in order to get more knowledge and be able to help others who struggle like me to gain and just to be overall more health conscious.

 

Over the past 7 years, I’ve reached so many health goals and I’m excited and ready to help others love themselves internally and let it radiate externally. To Lift in lipstick means to not only work hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle, but, we keep it cute too!
